So last Saturday (27th, May) was my launch party at the lovely Coach House Studios in Wirksworth. I think it was a great success. There were two particularly precious moments – firstly singing a new song called “Sweet Tees” I had the crowd singing the chorus while I attempt a long line above it – and folks kept on singing. There’s something very special about group singing, and even more so when they sing your words. The second special moment was singing my song “The Robin” – suddenly a crowd of birds start cheeping and chirping along. Folks thought it was a soundtrack playing, but it was a natural event.
